These purge panel for slippering system are used for agitators, lump breakers and rotating machines. The current is transferred to rotating machines, systems via purged slippering systems mounted on extended shaft of the machines such as agitators, planetary mixers, lump breaking systems and mixers. This purge panel for slippering system is made from stainless steel ss 304, ss 316. These purged slippering systems are manufactured up to shaft diameter of 300 mm.
These systems can be provided with rittal enclosures, rittal cabinets, hoffman enclosures or our own enclosures.

Purge Panel For ONGC / Offshore

Considering the stringent environmental protection on offshore such as ONGC Oil Rigs or ONGC Oil Platforms or ONGC Gas Terminals the treatment of effluent including Sewage is mandatory. These Purge Panels are manufactured as per Governing standard of IEC 600079 - 2 Pressurized Enclosure P for European & Asian Countries. While these Purge Panels are manufactured as per Governing standard of NFPA 496 for USA Canada & American Continent. As per the requirement the material of construction varies from CRCA sheet steel powder coated or Srainless Steel SS 304 or SS 316.

These Purge Panels for field reactions are used in the processes involving generation of fine powder or fumes. These purge panels for field reactions find their application in powdering plant, pulverizing plant, fine powder manufacturing plant, acid reaction plant and spray drying or spray cooling plant.

As the instruments and equipment used in purge panels are away from the contact of these fumes or powder which extend their life gets by practically more than 3 times compared to standard panels. Moreover, they being highly cost effective, the maintenance requirement reduces drastically. These are manufactured as per IEC600079-2 & NFPA496.
